Seven letters, seven pillars
Each medallion on the seal is one letter of NEOZORK. Pick one to read its slogan, the project it stands for and the experience behind it.
- Name the claim before you test,
- Evidence will do the rest;
- Open the data, open the code,
- Zero faith in a hidden road;
- Out of sample, or it isn't true,
- Rerun it, so that others do,
- Kindly share what you've been through.
What each medallion means
Letter by letter
| Slogan | Pillar | Project | What it draws on | |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| N | Name the claim before you test. | Verification-first code | NeoArc | System design, local-first AI, fast cache before slow model, every result checked by a real verifier. |
| E | Evidence will do the rest. | Evidence cards | ClaimBound Evidence | QA leadership, audit thinking, hashed sources, frozen protocols, negative results as first-class evidence. |
| O | Open the data, open the code. | Open source | Monte-Neo | Python packaging, PyPI, CLI and MCP tooling, backtest verification that checks the process, not the profit. |
| Z | Zero faith in a hidden road. | Fail-closed factory | Alpha Cascade Factory | Hypothesis triage, walk-forward and purged validation, deflated Sharpe, no live trading from a dashboard. |
| O | Out of sample, or it isn't true. | Observed world | Neo-Planet | Public event data, causal chains, Monte Carlo on Apple-silicon GPUs, paper trading only. |
| R | Rerun it, so that others do. | Research core | QWC (Quantum Wave Core) | Time series, econophysics, superstatistics, pre-registered experiments, a public record of failures. |
| K | Kindly share what you've been through. | Knowledge engine | Canonis | Content-addressed claims in a typed graph, immutable snapshots, AI that proposes but never commits. |
Geometry
How it is built
- Seven medallions on a heptagon: one for each letter of NEOZORK and one for each pillar.
- 84 ticks on the outer ring, twelve groups of seven: the ruler of an experimenter.
- The stars {7/3} and {7/2} drawn through the seven medallions: every pillar connected to every other, a network rather than a hierarchy.
- An inner heptagon turned by half a step, with its own {7/3} star: the same structure at a smaller scale.
- A guilloche of two interlaced seven-lobed rosettes in antiphase, the pattern banknotes use because it is hard to copy by eye.
- A standing wave with a single green node in the core: the wave of QWC and the one result that was verified.
The geometry is generated by a short deterministic script, so the seal is reproducible and its vector source is part of this site.
